What are HA fillers, exactly?
Juvederm, Restylane and other hyaluronic acids fillers are suspended in a gel carrier. This gel helps the injection of hyaluronic Acid stay in its place. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This works well for deeper to more severe wrinkles, folds, and areas of the face where more volume is needed. These fillers dissolve easily and last for up to a year.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. The skin will appear smoother.
Common treatment areas include the forehead, frown lines, and crows feet. Results can be seen starting in just a couple of days after treatment but will continue to work gradually over two weeks. Results can last up four months if taken as directed.
What is Sculptra, exactly?
Sculptra, a biostimulatory injectable made of poly-L–lactic acid, helps gradually restore facial volume. It is injected into the skin to stimulate your natural ability to create collagen over time. The polylactic acid will be biodegraded, and replaced with a network of new collagen after several months. Treatment areas could include the cheeks, jawline, nasolabialfolds, temples and cheeks. Some people require three treatments initially, then one each year. The results can last up to two years.
What is Kybella, exactly?
Kybella is an injectable treatment approved to permanently destroy fat cells. Depending upon the amount of fat present, up to five vials (or more) of Kybella might be required during one treatment session. Sometimes multiple sessions are necessary. The most common area of treatment is the submental fat otherwise known as a 'double chin'. Once a desired aesthetic goal is achieved, treatments can be stopped.

What is Dermaplane, exactly?
Dermaplaning uses a surgical-grade blade that is medical-grade to remove the skin's surface layer of dead cells, debris, and hair. A single session can remove about 2-3 weeks worth of built up dead skin cells or debris. Dermplane does not require any pain and is non-invasive. While the technique looks like shaving, it's much more effective than that because the blade used is able reach right up against the skin's top layer. There's no reason to be concerned about your hair becoming darker. Dermaplaning works on the vellus (peach fuzz), and the hair grows back exactly the same size. It does not appear thicker due to the way that the blade is used. This treatment does not require downtime.
