What are HA fillers?
Juvederm or Restylane are hyaluronic fillers that are suspended in gel carriers. This gel keeps the hyaluronic ag in place. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This is great for moderate to deeper wrinkles and folds of the face or areas where more volume is desired like cheeks or lips. These fillers are dissolved naturally with most lasting up to a year and some even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. What are Neurotoxins, exactly?
Botox or Dysport can temporarily improve the appearance wrinkles and fine lines with injectable neurotoxins. Repetitive muscle contractions can lead to facial lines and wrinkles that get deeper and deeper over time. Botox and Dysport temporarily reduce muscle contractions. This will make the skin look smoother.
Common treatment areas include the forehead, frown lines, and crows feet. You can see results in as little as two days. However, they will gradually improve over two weeks. If the dose is correct, results can last up to four weeks.
What is Sculptra, exactly?
Sculptra is a bio stimulatory injectable comprised of poly-L-lactic acid that helps to restore facial volume gradually. It is injected into the skin to stimulate your natural ability to create collagen over time. Over several months, the poly-L-lactic acid is biodegraded and replaced with a meshwork of new collagen. Treatment areas could include the cheeks, jawline, nasolabialfolds, temples and cheeks. Most initially will require three treatments over a couple of months and then just one treatment annually. Results can last more than two years!
What is Kybella exactly?
Kybella, an injectable treatment approved for permanently eliminating fat cells, is available. A single session may require up to five Kybella vials depending on how much fat is present. Additional sessions may be necessary depending on the extent of the treatment. The most common area to be treated is the submental, also known by the 'double-chin'. Once an aesthetic goal is reached, treatment can be stopped.

What is Dermaplane exactly?
Dermaplaning uses a medical-grade surgical blade to remove the surface layer of dead skin, debris, and hair. A single session can remove about 2-3 weeks worth of built up dead skin cells or debris. Dermplane does not require any pain and is non-invasive. The procedure may seem similar to shaving but is much more efficient as the blade used can get right to the top layer. The hair does not get darker as dermaplaning is designed to target the vellus hair, also known as peach fuzz. It will grow back the same color and size. A surgical blade does not give the illusion of thicker hair. This treatment is quick and painless.

What is an Insta-Glo Facial?

The skin must be cleansed and exfoliated first. The ampoule is then applied and infused into the skin with our Nano Infusion Pen. After that, HydroJelly is applied. Finally, the correct products are applied to your skin. There is very little downtime with this treatment.
