What are HA Fillers?

Juvederm or Restylane are hyaluronic fillers that are suspended in gel carriers. This gel helps the injection of hyaluronic Acid stay in its place. The hyaluronic acids immediately pulls in water and increases volume. This is great for moderate to deeper wrinkles and folds of the face or areas where more volume is desired like cheeks or lips. These fillers are dissolved naturally with most lasting up to a year and some even longer.

About Kansas City

Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 508,090 in 2020,[6] making it the 36th most-populous city in the United States. It is the most populated municipality of the Kansas City metropolitan area, which straddles the KansasMissouri state line and has a population of 2,392,035.[7][2] The city borders Johnson County and Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County) in Kansas. Most of the city lies within Jackson County, with portions spilling into Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. Kansas City was founded in the 1830s as a port on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River coming in from the west. On June 1, 1850, the town of Kansas was incorporated; shortly after came the establishment of the Kansas Territory. Confusion between the two ensued, and the name Kansas City was assigned to distinguish them soon after.

Sitting on Missouri's western boundary with Kansas, with Downtown near the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers, the city encompasses about 319.03 square miles (826.3 km2), making it the 23rd largest city by total area in the United States. It serves as one of the two county seats of Jackson County, along with the major suburb of Independence. Other major suburbs include the Missouri cities of Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the Kansas cities of Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and Kansas City, Kansas.

The city is composed of several neighborhoods, including the River Market District in the north, the 18th and Vine District in the east, and the Country Club Plaza in the south. Celebrated cultural traditions include Kansas City jazz; theater, as a center of the Vaudevillian Orpheum circuit in the 1920s; the Chiefs and Royals sports franchises; and famous cuisine based on Kansas City-style barbecue, Kansas City strip steak, and craft breweries.

What is Dermaplane?

Dermaplaning removes the top layer of dead skin, hair, and debris using a medical-grade surgical knife. A single dermaplaning session is able to remove around 2-3 weeks of built-up dead skin cells and debris from your skin. Dermplane does not require any pain and is non-invasive. While the technique looks like shaving, it's much more effective than that because the blade used is able reach right up against the skin's top layer. The hair will not grow back darker - dermaplaning targets vellus hairs (peach fuzz), which are the same size as the original. It doesn't give the illusion that the hair is thicker because of the way it is cut. This treatment is quick and painless.

What is a Chemical Peel?

Chemical peels are treatments that use a chemical solution to treat the skin's top layers. Chemical peels will help to improve the skin's texture and radiance, even out the skin tone, diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, help acne-prone skin, and decongest pores. Chemical peels come in superficial, medium, and deep strengths. Improvement in the skin varies depending on your concerns and which peel is selected to address your needs. Multiple treatments are recommended for most people to get the best results.

This is a review for medical spas in Kansas City, MO:
"I've been to about a dozen different medical spas and plastic surgery offices across the country, and this one has been my absolute favorite so far. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, good products and incredible prices. I was paying almost $100 more for a single chemical peel/hydrafacial at other medical spas and still wasn't getting the results I got from visiting Mia Bella. Not only are the estheticians friendly and thorough, but they take their time on your procedures (low light, relaxing music) and really make a practical, result-driven procedure feel like a trip to the spa. Oh, and I received derma planning at the beginning of each procedure for no extra cost (typically a $50 charge at other places)"
