What are HA fillers, exactly?
Juvederm and Restylane, hyaluronic Acid fillers, are suspended within a gel carrier. This gel helps the injectable hyaluronic to remain in place. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This works well for deeper to more severe wrinkles, folds, and areas of the face where more volume is needed. These fillers can be dissolved naturally, with most lasting for at least one year. Some may last even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. What are Neurotoxins?
Botox and Dysport, injectable neurotoxins, can temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Repetitive muscle contractions can cause facial lines and wrinkles to form and get deeper over time. Botox or Dysport temporarily weakens these muscle contractions, making the skin appear smoother.
Common areas to treat include the forehead and frown lines. Results can be seen starting in just a couple of days after treatment but will continue to work gradually over two weeks. You can expect to see results for as long as four months, if you do the right dosage.
What is sculpture?
Sculptra, a biostimulatory injectable made of poly-L–lactic acid, helps gradually restore facial volume. It stimulates the natural production of collagen in your skin by slowly injecting it. The poly-L-lactic acids is gradually biodegraded over several months and replaced by a network of new collagen. Treatment areas could include the cheeks, jawline, nasolabialfolds, temples and cheeks. Some people require three treatments initially, then one each year. The results can last up to two years.
What is Kybella?
Kybella is an injection that can permanently destroy fat cells. Depending on the amount and type of fat, one to five Kybella vials might be necessary. Multiple treatment sessions may also be required. Submental fat, also known as the 'double chin', is the most common area for treatment. Once an aesthetic goal is reached, treatment can be stopped.

Although it may look like shaving, dermplane is more efficient because the blade can reach the top layer of the skin. The hair will not grow back darker - dermaplaning targets vellus hairs (peach fuzz), which are the same size as the original. A surgical blade does not give the illusion of thicker hair. There is no downtime with this treatment.
