What are HA Fillers?
Juvederm is a hyaluronic-acid filler suspended in a gel. Restylane is also known as Restylane. This gel helps the injectable hyaluronic to remain in place. The hyaluronic- acid immediately pulls in water. In this way, it increases volume. This is a great option for wrinkles, deep folds and other areas that need more volume such as cheeks and lips. These fillers are dissolved naturally with most lasting up to a year and some even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. What is sculpture?
Sculptra is a bio-stimulatory injectable that contains poly-L-lactic Acid. It helps to gradually restore facial volume. It stimulates your skin's natural ability over time to produce collagen. Over several months, the poly-L-lactic acid is biodegraded and replaced with a meshwork of new collagen. The treatment areas include the jawline, cheeks and nasolabial folds. Most initially will require three treatments over a couple of months and then just one treatment annually. Your results may last for more than two years.
What is Kybella?
Kybella is an injectable treatment approved to permanently destroy fat cells. Depending on the amount of fat present one to five vials of Kybella may be needed during a single treatment session and multiple treatment sessions may be necessary. The submental fat, otherwise known as a double chin, is the most common area that requires treatment. Once a desired aesthetic goal is achieved, treatments can be stopped.
