The Wyeth - Tootle Manor, at 11th and Charles sts., is a historical mansion. William M. Wyeth constructed it in 1879. The Gothic design was created by Eckel and Mann Architects. They gathered ideas from their European travels and built the mansion in 1883. The Tootles lived here until 1887, when the property was sold.
The mansion has three floors, and a tower. The house is home to more than 40 rooms. Beautiful woodwork and imported stained glasses are some of the interior's highlights. You can experience life in the late 19th-century. The Wyeths-Tootle Mansion, located in downtown St. Joseph is a great place to visit.
