AppleCare+ includes theft and loss coverage. Every incident is subjected either to a deductible or a fee. Taxes may be applicable. For theft or loss coverage, you must have Find My iPhone activated on your device when the device is lost/stolen. Find My iPhone must remain active and your iPhone should continue to be associated with Apple ID throughout the claim process for theft or loss. You will lose all coverage for theft and losses if you disable Find My iPhone. AppleCare+ without Theft and Loss does not require you to enroll in the iPhone Upgrade Program.

After you receive the trade in kit, you will have 14 days to prepare your device and send it back. The trade-in kit may come with your new iPhone if it was added to an iPhone order. If you do not have the trade-in, the kit will be mailed separately to your address once your product is ready for shipment or pick up. We will verify the condition of your trade-in and send it back to you if everything is fine. If your device does not match the description, you will receive an email with the next steps. If you have paid the full amount and your device is worth more than your iPhone's cost, you will receive an Apple Gift Card via email.
